Where Florida Applications Get Delayed
Expecting reciprocity. Florida has no compact route, and endorsement is a full application with its own timeline.
Starting the application after accepting a role. Board processing is the long pole and it does not compress.
Letting the home-state license lapse. Everything downstream depends on it, including any privilege already purchased.
Assuming a PTA follows the same route as a PT. The compact covers both, but the eligibility check and the privilege are separate.
