White Glove DPT handles licensing for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants — state applications and licensure by endorsement, license verifications, PT Compact privileges and renewals. The compact is issuing in 38 jurisdictions, so for most people it is the fast route — but it depends on your home state being a member. State Licensure
State PT or PTA License
$749 each
The full application, run end to end. We screen your NPTE result, your program’s CAPTE accreditation at the time you graduated, and your complete license history before you spend a non-refundable fee — then file, chase transcripts from the registrar, and carry the board correspondence.
Licensure by Endorsement
$749 each
For therapists already licensed elsewhere, in states that offer endorsement. The work is the verification: every license you have ever held, primary-sourced, plus whatever state-specific material the board adds on top. It is the route when the compact is not available — and the durable one when you are moving rather than visiting.
Jurisprudence Exam Support
$249 per state
Several states require an exam on their own practice act before they will issue. It is not clinical and it is not the NPTE — it is the state’s own rules, and it is the step people most often discover late.
The PT Compact
Compact Privilege
$249 per registration
Eligibility confirmed against your home-state license first, then the privilege purchased per state. Issued in days where it applies. If your home state is not a member — California, Florida and New York are not — there is no privilege to buy, and we say so before you pay.
Compact Readiness Review
$149 one-time
Whether the compact is a route for you at all. It turns on your home state, not your destination — and if you are licensed in California, Florida or New York, it is not, however active that license is. Maine, Michigan and Rhode Island have enacted it and still issue nothing, which is where most published advice goes wrong.
Renewals
Annual Renewal & CE Compliance
$199 per year
State renewals, continuing-education requirements and compact privileges all run on separate clocks, and the state ones differ from each other. The home-state license is the load-bearing one: a lapse there ends every privilege resting on it at the same moment, in every state, so we track them together.
Document & Logistics Support
Fingerprint Coordination
$75–$150 per state
Scheduling and routing of fingerprint-based background checks, including out-of-state hard-card processing where a board will not accept a Live Scan from elsewhere.
Notarization & Identity Verification
$75 flat
Coordination of notarized attestations and identity verification where a board requires them in wet-ink or remote-online form.
Courier & Rush Document Handling
$50–$150
Tracked courier handling for sealed transcripts, wet-ink attestations, and anything a board insists on receiving on paper before a meeting cutoff.
Important Fee Notice

The prices listed above reflect our service fees only. Additional costs paid directly to third parties — these are set by FSBPT and the state boards, and they change from time to time, so we confirm the current schedule at intake:
- State license fees — vary widely by board, are non-refundable, and are charged again at each renewal. Confirm the current schedule before you file.
- NPTE result and recertification — maintenance fees plus the CME required to keep certification current. Every state license rests on this.
- Compact privilege fee — paid to the Compact Commission per state, separate from any state license fee.
- State compact privilege — charged per state, on its own renewal cycle, and required in addition to the federal compact privilege.
- Jurisprudence exams — several states charge separately for a state law exam on top of the application.
- Official transcripts — charged by your program, and most boards require them sent directly by the institution rather than forwarded by you.
- Fingerprinting — $30–$70 in state vendor fees; more for out-of-state hard-card processing.
- Notary, courier, and state renewal fees — where a third party is involved.
One thing worth being explicit about: a license is not payer enrollment. Getting paid in a new state is a separate exercise, per-payer, and it frequently takes longer than the license did.
